How to apply
Applications for places at Ark Pioneer are made in accordance with Barnet Council's co-ordinated admission arrangements. Applications can be submitted through the Barnet Council website, using the 'Apply' link below.
The deadline for applications for year 7 starting secondary school in September 2027 is expected to be 31st of October 2026.
Parents are expected to be notified by Barnet Council on the 1st March 2027 if their application has been successful.

Open Evening
We understand the importance of visiting your future secondary school in person to get a sense of the school vision, culture and ethos and to meet leaders, teachers and current pupils.
We look forward to welcoming prospective parents and pupils to Ark Pioneer Academy for the academic year 2027-28 on Thursday 10th September 2026. Our Open Evening will include presentations from our Principal at 4.45pm, 5.15pm, 5.45pm, 6.15pm and 7.00pm and guided tours of the school by our pupils. Doors open at 4.30pm and last entry is at 7pm.
We encourage you to visit us during our open mornings to see the school in action. Open Mornings will take place on the following dates:-
